Activities are presented as cards designed for follow-up actions, providing a means to track your invitees’ responses. For events, these responses include “Confirmed,” “Apologized,” “Tentative,” “Unreachable,” or “Wrong Info.” Within Campaigns, the responses are limited to “Pledged” or “Unreachable.” Activities are also distinguished by type: by call, by email, or by meeting. This categorization serves the purpose of determining who has been contacted from your invitation list and discerning their response to the invitations.

An event signifies a planned gathering with a set timeframe and location, aiming to bring people together, either virtually or in person. Conversely, a campaign resembles email communication, serving to convey information for a specific purpose, like making announcements or advancing fundraising goals to a chosen audience.

A walk-in is an individual who has spontaneously attended your event without a prior invitation. You can include them in the attendance record immediately by using the Walk-in screen, generating a contact card, and selecting their name. This action will officially mark them as a “walk-in” attendee on the event’s list.

The primary distinction between the two account types lies in their intended purpose. The Enterprise account is designed to facilitate teamwork and collaboration among team members, allowing for the addition of team members, role assignment, and joint management of events, contacts, and campaigns. This account type is well-suited for businesses and organizations. Conversely, the Individual account lacks these collaborative features and is better suited for personal or individual use. Furthermore, the Enterprise account offers a range of robust features not available in the Individual account, which are detailed in the Pricing Plans section on this page.

The iNVEETO software provides the flexibility to use customized contact templates during the contact import process. Once you import your contacts file, iNVEETO will automatically align the headers from your personalized template with iNVEETO’s default contact headers. As a result, your contact template will be refined to include specific contact fields such as prefix, first name, last name, work/personal email addresses, work and personal phone numbers, company name, job title, job activity status, notes, and tags.

An invitations report provides details about who received invitations and how they responded, offering a comprehensive overview of invitee statuses for events or campaigns. For events, statuses include “invited,” “tentative,” “apologized,” “confirmed,” or “unreachable.” In contrast, campaigns have statuses of “invited” or “pledged”. Meanwhile, an attendance report encompasses information about event attendees, both invited and uninvited. Each event and campaign has its distinct participant report, which can be exported as CSV and PDF files.
